What Can I Expect?

When you first enter the building that houses Wright Baptist Church, expect a friendly smile and warm greeting. Our services are relaxed and dress is casual. It's not uncommon for folks to come straight from their mining shift to worship with us.

On Sundays, we offer Bible Study classes (Sunday School) at 9:30 AM for all ages. Nursery is available for children under the age of four. We have one general study adult class and one ladies class (does not meet during the summer months). Our children meet for assembly on the children's wing (and then divide into age appropriate classes) and the teenagers meet upstairs in the youth room.

Our Worship Service begins at 10:45 AM. We seek to offer an environment Wright Baptist Stage

that fosters attention and affection upon the Lord, praising Him for His goodness and grace. The central theme of our service is the Lord. We worship Him through singing (both modern and traditional hymns), through testimony, through prayer and giving, and through the preaching of His Word, the Bible. We believe every service should present an opportunity for learning, for growing, for applying, and for responding. Simply put, our faith is challenged at every service.

On Wednesday Evenings, Kids Klub and adult bible study are available.

These services begin at 6:00 PM. We invite you and your children to join us for these fun and educational offerings
